About me

I have spent my career in high-pressure and fast-moving work environments pouring everything into winning campaigns and making the world better. I became tired of running myself into the ground and watching countless colleagues do the same. When I started working with my nervous system, everything changed. I firmly believe we can make an impact without burning out. As a certified Resilience Toolkit Facilitator, I help people show up, slow down, and succeed through practical nervous system and somatic tools.
